How are Shipping Charges calculated?

Dealsourcedirect.com will pay for shipping on identical replacement items sent to customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged only on non-defective returns.

If You Need to Cancel an Order Send an email to Please put your order number in the subject line, and include your name and address in the body of the message, along with the words "Please cancel my order". Some orders ship within an hour of being placed, so if you are trying to cancel after more than a few minutes of placing your order, it may have already shipped.
