You may return an item(s) for refund or replacement within 30 days of your invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which can be obtained by our Customer Support Representative at 800-330-1186 ext. - 2002. Customer pays the return shipping for all defective, non defective and DOA item(s) because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. DealSourceDirect.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. |

There will be NO RESTOCKING FEE on sealed items returned in original packaging as they were shipped. You pay the return shipping.

Refunds will be processed after receiving the product in our warehouse and after inspection; approximately in 2 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement. |

In case you return an opened, working, non-defective and not damaged item(s) for refund, a 8% restocking fee apply & you pay the return shipping.

Opened, non-defective and not damaged item - Replacement |

In case you return an opened, working, non-defective and not damaged item for replacement with another item, you pay the return shipping and the replacement shipping also. 8% Restocking fee applies.
Return for replacement will be processed within 1 business day, after receiving the product in our warehouse and inspection of the returned defective/damaged item we would ship the replacement item back to you. However, in emergency cases please call: 800-330-1186 - ext. 2002.

Damage, DOA or Defective item - Refund / Replacement |

We will accept return of Damage or DOA items for refund/replacement within 3 days of delivery In case you fail to notify us of any damaged/defective issue within three 3 business days of delivery of your package, we will consider your order sold and accepted.
Defective items can be returned for refund/replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Mail-in Rebate Return Policy |

Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to DealSourceDirect once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code. |
